Camie Hackson Executive Advisor Ms. Hackson applies her thirteen years of commercial software engineering and management experience to resolving our clients' issues. She has successfully delivered more than twenty products to the market, including Expensable.com, Quicken ExpensAble, Superbase, Harvard Graphics, First Graphics, and Open Financial Exchange. She founded, and was a senior executive, at Managemark (formerly On the Go Software). There, she was responsible for all aspects of the product including both definition and development. Prior to Managemark, Camie held technical and leadership positions at Intuit and Software Publishing Corporation. She has repeatedly demonstrated her ability to marshal all available resources to deliver world class products to the market. Within the Spinnaker Advisory Group, Ms. Hackson's primary focus areas include management of technology as well as product and strategic planning. Camie earned a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. She has also done post graduate work towards an MBA from the Santa Clara University Business School. |

Paul Kirincich Corporate Development Principal Paul Kirincich has a unique blend of experience on Wall Street in mergers and acquisitions experience and in the Valley high tech management. Since leaving his role as a marketing and business development executive with a start-up company in March he has been advising a communications industry start-up on the acquisition of a publicly-traded US company. While an investment banker, he was responsible for international mergers and acquisitions representing sellers and acquirers with throughout the world. While in New York he represented buyers and sellers where one party to the transaction was based in Continental Europe. From Sydney, Australia he covered the Asia-Pacific region. He is an expert on valuation analysis and the due diligence process. His high tech management experience includes marketing, strategic planning, and finance with particular expertise in corporate development and the creation and implementation of business strategy and process. Most recently, he was VP of Business Development at iReady Corporation where he initiated the development of a new business plan that led to new funding and a turnaround of the company. Prior to joining iReady, he was a Director and one of the first management team members of the business IP telephony group, an internal start-up at Lucent Technologies. Previously, Paul held positions in marketing and strategic planning at Lucent and Octel Communications. At Octel, Paul implemented a strategic planning process for the largest business unit that led to major performance improvements. Before joining Octel, Paul was in finance with Tandem Computers where he was International Manufacturing Coordinator responsible for operations in Mexico and the start-up of a facility in Europe. Paul earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Math and Economics from Wesleyan University. |

Dean Stevens CEO and Fouder Dean has more than twenty-five years of technology and general management success. He has extensive experience developing, and delivering, world-class hardware, software and service products. His background includes demonstrated success managing remote development, multi-company projects and distributed virtual organizations. He is an expert at situation analysis and developing action plans to overcome obstacles. Dean has also worked extensively with China based companies to help them bring their products and services to the global market. Prior to forming the Spinnaker Advisory Group, Dean was in private practice as a management consultant at Exectech. There, he worked with a broad base of clients to help them develop business plans, pursue funding, make investment decisions, perform due diligence and improve their return on investment through organizational alignment, communication and process improvement. Dean served in a range of executive positions at a number of companies including Mentor Graphics, Intersolv, Now Software, iReady, eXtensil, Lateral Sands and The Symbio Group. He has delivered several well-known commercial products including PVCS, Now Up-to-Date & Contact, Chip Station, IC Station and Design Architect. In addition, he was the founding CEO of China TechSource, an innovative sales and marketing partner for Chinese outsourcing firms. He hopes that his blog on outsourcing to China makes an interesting read. His educational background includes a BS degree from the University of Idaho. This happened so long ago that his first real job was writing FORTRAN code for a CDC mainframe. He continued his education by pursuing graduate studies in Computer and Electrical Engineering at Oregon State University and the Oregon Graduate Institute.
